Description of the route in Belarus

Day one. Vitebsk

Visiting time: 2 days

Travel to Belarus begins with Vitebsk – one of the closest cities to Russia. For those who come to the city by train, the route begins at the «Vitebsk Station», which is located near the city center. You can get to Vitebsk by car from Moscow by Minsk highway. The distance between Moscow and Vitebsk is 550 km. Before crossing the border, you must insure your car. After crossing the border, the road to Vitebsk will take about 40 km.

Upon arrival in the city, we advise you to choose a hotel or check in to the already selected room and go for a walk around the city for sightseeing, including the Church of St. Barbara, the Trinity Markov monastery, the Church of the Resurrection. You can also use a ready-made route in Vitebsk. For shoppers in Vitebsk, there are several shopping centers and markets where you can buy beautiful Belarusian goods and Souvenirs.

On the third day in the morning you will go to the capital of Belarus – Minsk.

Day three. Minsk

Visiting time: 2 days

Train Minsk-Vitebsk arrives at the railway station Minsk-Passenger located in the city center. Minsk can be reached by car via the M1 highway. The distance between Vitebsk and Minsk is about 300 km, the journey time is about 5 hours.

After arriving in the city, we advise you to choose a hotel and book a room, and then eat in one of the restaurants in Minsk. Coming out of the restaurant, travelers will be able to see many attractions of the Belarusian capital, including the national library of Belarus, the mound of Glory, the Khatyn memorial complex, the Stalin Line Museum complex.

On the fourth day, tourists will be able to use the ready route in Minsk. In the morning of the fifth day tourists will go to the West of Belarus in the city of Brest.

Day fifth. Brest

Visiting time: 1 day

On the fifth day, travelers will arrive in Brest at the station «Brest-Central». Those who travel from Minsk to Brest by car should get to Brest on the M1 highway, then turning to the E30 highway. After arrival we advise you to check into the hotel and go to the Brest fortress, where you can visit the Museum of defense of the Brest fortress. To visit this attraction you will spend about 4-5 hours.

The next day we recommend to go to the famous Belovezhskaya Pushcha, located 60 km from Brest. You can get to Belovezhskaya Pushcha on your own or by joining a tour group.
